The Winter Wedding of Rosie & Philip - St Mary the Virgin

So to say I was little concerned when I looked out the window Saturday morning and saw it snowing horizontally was an understaitement.  Would I be able to get the car out the drive?  Would the bride make it to the church on time?  Did I need to pack a sleeping bag incase I got stuck getting home? Such is the risky nature of winter weddings in this country.  Regardless, the plus side is the lovely lighting a white cloudy sky provides us photographers and the timeless beauty of scenic snow. 
Thankfully, nearly everyone made it to the wedding on schedule and the rest of the day progressed as planned.
Rosie and Philip held their marriage at St Mary the Virgin in Merton.  My best wishes to them both and they proved to be a fun couple with a great sense of humour - and they needed it given the grilling from the best men during their speeches :).
